Hi, i'm a calisthenics lover; from september i'll be studying at Glasgow university for the erasmus programme, and for this i'd be happy if someone told me where to practice this activity and where to work out.
ReplyDeleteI'll live in Kelvindale zone,so please tell me where i can do training.thanks
Hi Mattia. Thanks for getting in touch! It's great to see that this blog is of use for those looking for somewhere to train. The West End is not an area I am too familiar with, but I will do some digging and see what we can find in that area.
DeleteIf I find a suitable location in that area, I will do a full blogpost on it!
Cheers, and welcome to Glasgow (soon)!
Hey. I'm a total beginner in Calisthenics (although rock climb and do yoga every week) but so keen to try. Do you know of any trainers/classes in Renfrewshire/Glasgow as I'd like to get coaching at first to get tips/alignment/technique right. Thank you x
ReplyDeleteHi Katy. I am unaware of any trainers in this area specialising to calisthenics, but I'd imagine any decent independent trainer could provide you with sufficient support to develop a calisthenics training plan suitable for your location and physical abilities.
DeleteI dont know if ive missed it, but im looking for the full address as i would like to come in and check it out.
ReplyDeleteHi. The best equipment available is at Knockhill Park in Renfrew! You can follow signs for Knockhill Park on Paisley Road in Renfrew, near the Glynhill Hotel
